Anger

Everytime i have an angry outburst, i feel like the worst person afterwards. Even if the issue is completely resolved, i still feel really bad that i wasn't able to control myself better. I hate how i am..... i really do. Maybe i should seriously consider anger management because this thing is getting the best of me and i'm worried i will not be able to beat it on my own.

  1. Then it must be really bad outbursts that you have...if you seriously think you have a problem, then maybe the anger mgt classes wont be bad...or maybe its just hot mad sex you're lacking *wink*

  3. I guess the first step is realising and admitting that you are trying to control your anger...next time count to 10.Doesnt work for me tho, but it reminds me that im about to do something nasty.

  4. I had to hand my anger to God o at a point. That was what saved me. maybe the classes will help too.

  5. I identifying a flaw they say is the first step to recovery.. Try to always walk away.. It helps and when you do it 10 times, I'm sure you'd get a hang of it..
    Take care dearest.

Anger they say is a 5mins madness, & the deed done cannot be undone...so dearie, learn to control that short fuse of yours...GO OUT OF THE VICINITY IMMEDIATELY YOUR ANGER IS BUILDING UP... & GO FOR A WALK &LET OUT STRING OF EXPLETIVES silently as your walk away...IT works for me... hey! how else was i able to deal with my in-laws huh?...hehehe
